The location near the train station is excellent, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly with a great attitude towards guests, and the rooms are comfortable with a rich breakfast included.

The hotel was situated in the very central location next to the city centre.

Cozy beds made for a great night's sleep in the room. the location right by the main station was fantastic - super convenient for hitting the nearby shopping center! 🛍️

For short-orders there was Grams Laekkerier, we found it close by. Tivoli gardens was placed in direct proximity. Parking was available nearby. Holiday base for your holidays in Copenhagen.

Great breakfast, city center within walking distance. The room is warm, the heating is adjustable.

Inconvenient bed and pillow

Helpful staff and plentiful breakfasts with bacon and exceptional coffee. A decent size and functional rooms with double bed and bath. - Particularly good location, relatively quiet area, just off an underground station and Tivoli park.

hotel is nice, breakfasts are good... staff is very friendly, always prompt, answer any questions... Room's clean enough, no complaints. They clean up well... room is small, cozy. Bed was comfortable. It's nice to have a kettle and tea supplies in the room.

No air conditioning, we were in the heat, it was a significant disadvantage... No fridge in the room.

Very small room and rather expensive

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent - a good variety and plentiful.

It took us a while to locate the hotel. Even though it was near the railway station, as advertised, it was around the back of the station. The street was noisy at night, not from cars but from people yelling out and talking loudly. I think the neighbourhood was a bit questionable. We saw people dealing drugs open ly a few 100m from the hotel and were accosted by a pick-pocket whilst walking along the street the hotel was in. The hotel room was comfortable and clean but not much space.
